Making a Purchase
You can purchase by contacting us directly, arranging your order over the phone or by email.
Payment & Pricing
Major Credit/Debit Cards are all acceptable methods of payment. All goods remain the property of GRP (UK) LTD until paid for in full.
Pay, collect and go. Some local deliveries can also be paid on COD.
Credit Card / Telephone Payments
GRP (UK) LTD customers preferring to pay by credit or debit card over the telephone can do so by contacting us. When paying by card we only deliver to the registered card address.
We also accept payment by direct bank transfer. For details on how to set up a bank transfer payment please contact us. Once the funds are received we will arrange the shipment of your goods.
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it. Please ring us.
If in the unlikely event you receive products that were not ordered, please contact us and we will ensure that the correct goods are delivered as quickly as possible. Unfortunately we are unable to accept back goods that have been ordered incorrectly due to the nature of the products.
GRP (UK) LTD will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.
No Goods may be returned without the prior agreement in writing.
The refund will be made within two weeks of receiving the returned goods using the original method of payment.
The goods must be returned in their original condition. Returning the goods is at your own expense and is non-refundable. If items or packaging have been used or damaged we reserve the right to apply a re-stocking or repair fee and this will be deducted from the refund. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
