How To Order Our Products

Chemical/physical nature

Synolite 3720-L-1 is formulated for hand lay-up and spray-up applications. The thixotropic nature of the resin allows application on vertical parts without the risk of sagging or drainage.

Principal properties

Synolite 3720-L-1 is an unsaturated, isophthalic based polyester resin, diluted in styrene. This resin is thixotropic and pre-accelerated.

Guidelines before use

Before use, the resin should be conditioned at a well defined, application dependent temperature (usually15ºC minimum for a MEKP / Co cure). Ensure the product is thoroughly stirred before use.

Storage guidelines

The resin should be stored in the original, unopened and undamaged packaging, in a dry place at temperatures between 5ºC and 30ºC. Shelf life is reduced at higher temperatures. The shelf life of styrene containing unsaturated polyesters will be significantly reduced when exposed to sunlight. Store in dark and in 100% light tight containers only.
